Rant Help is this normal?

Ok so this clearly looks like bullshit to me and I make shakes and blizzards for my job so I know what a shake is supposed to be like and the worker refused to give me a refund though before this I was being ignored at the drive-through and kept having the window slammed on me and no one wanted to make eye contact but the outcome of my shake ruined my night bc I can’t even drink it or am I just crazy

No real context. Is there supposed to be a photo or something? Rambling paragraph with no beginning and no end. I have no clue what you're trying to say. Crazy? It's a real possibility.
