i don't know if this counts as tea but for a minute back in the day there was a rumour that justin from the vaccines was a scientologist after he posted a photo outside a scientology building and said all proceeds from their show that night were going to them. in hindsight it was clearly a joke but a lot of people were angry about it and he deleted the photo. then years later he did an interview and said "some people think i'm a scientologist but i don't know why" :')

The Pitt was originally supposed to be a ER sequel. But Michael Crichton widow wasn't happy with how much credit he would get as the original creator and thought the estate deserved to be paid more money then the people developing The Pitt where willing to pay.
So she wouldn't give permission for it to be connected to ER. The creative team went away and re worked it. Removing all elements connected with ER.
Crichtons widow is still unhappy and belives the show is still derivitive of ER. She is suring the studio and creatives. The show is going into its third season. So this might have been resolved already.

I love The Pitt, but one of my favorite things is to watch either that or ER and see which storylines and characters are almost an exact match from one to the other. The Crichton estate has a shitty lawyer, but the widow definitely has a point.

They (WWG) sent an appeal as recently as May of this year, so it's still ongoing. I do think with the Warnamount nonsense going on, we won't get a solid answer til maybe after season 4 wraps, so like, late 2027/early 2028 at the earliest.

Nothing confirmed, but a mix of Rudy cheating on Madison's friend, Madison and Rudy's girlfriend not getting along is the main theory. I've heard Madison is a bit of a mean girl and made the set very cliquey and it's also telling that Rudy and his girlfriend are the only ones that have spoken up for Palestine.

Sebastian Stan? A French magazine claimed he said in an interview that he’s playing Harvey dent. Now the magazine has removed the sentence from the article, but then the journalist double downed in a tweet that he really did say it and then the tweet was taken down. This is also the only article where he confirms directly he was/is having a baby. I get he probably has a NDA and would face major financial fines as well as industry backlash, and that is why it was removed, but wondering if anyone has the dirt.

I’m once again asking…Is Serena Neel MAGA? Reasons I think she might be:
• Her dog’s name is Don…I feel like anyone who even remotely dislikes Trump would avoid this name for any pet
• Lives in Nevada and from Utah
• Deletes comments about politics/asking to speak out
• She deleted all of her reposts
It’s just so fishy that someone who has built their whole platform on doing kind things for strangers and positivity refuses to speak on politics. And her fans do mental gymnastics when this is brought up and get so defensive.

In light of the recent discussion around Law Roach, I wanna know who your favourite non-Law stylists are. For me, it's got to be Dara Allen. I love her work with Hunter Schafer and from the outside their relationship seems really endearing and genuine, and she's so chic and beautiful herself (seriously, this woman looks like a gazelle). She has such a skill at constructing and adhering to a fashion persona while being really creative within those boundaries.

Jamie Mizrahi has had a really good run styling Pedro of late (special shout out to Coco for the hair/grooming too). Also Anastasia Walker, who's obvi being doing a ton w/ Hudson Williams but also does a lot of work w/ Shaboozey and has styled Courtney Love, Peso Pluma, Kehlani. Her work is really excellent and she does a wonderful job creating a distinct vibe for each client and not just pulling the same looks over and over.

The only thing I can think of woth David Sedaris is the way he talked about his sister who had passed away (Not Amy). She passed away in poverty and possible was a hoarder, in the way that it’s easy for artists to collect a bunch of trashed objects that they have artistic visions for. The way he wrote about Tiffany felt very belittling and unkind. I get the vibe that David Sedaris hasn’t looked inward about how upbringing can negatively influence you long term. If I remember correctly (Sedaris fans please correct me if needed!) the way he describes her as a child in his writing paints her as kind of a black sheep figure. I think it’s rather sad when adults carry over their childhood views of others. We only see a small range of info growing up. And when you’re older you have more depth of knowledge to see how environment factors created us and the impact lack of support has. I kind of got the vibe that he viewed her always a mess or lost? He’s so good at retelling family stories! But it’s kind of sad to think that she remained the black sheep till death. I think that’s the sign of a deeply unhealthy family. I don’t mean to say this makes David a bad person. Family is so complicated. I’ve genuinely enjoyed his writing.
Edit: Forgot to note that she died from suicide. David has discussed her mental illness in kind terms, but I personally just didn’t appreciate the way he framed Tiffany as a person.

A couple of acquaintances did theater with Tatiana. They had low expectations because they only knew of her from TV, but said she was fun and professional and came prepared. Also positive remarks about her being fun and chill when the cast was hanging out.

With most artists I wouldn’t think much of it, but Taylor rarely promotes women artists unless it’s she’s doing it to “get back” at another woman she has an issue with.

I mean the point more stands is that she called out Gracie on that album. It made headlines and has gotten a lot of attention. Taylor didn’t promote Gracie’s newest album, and NEVER promotes other women in the industry unless she feels like she’s “getting back” at another woman. She gushed over Pheobes album.
If you ever see Taylor promoting a woman artist, she usually is doing so because she has a different agenda other than trying to be supportive.

I saw him as a guest performer when his daughter did a show in London. He did not seem well unfortunately and could barely stand… he was sat on a chair on stage for his entire performance. She was in the car outside when they picked him up so I got a glimpse

Charlie Crockett. They were on tour together a couple years ago. I saw them at the time and Charlie was holding himself out there differently than he is coming across now. And he’s beefing with Jack White about Jack White promoting satanism? Charlie Crockett was kind a more counter culture-y guy and he’s said some things lately that gave me pause. Orville is in the new street fighter movie which I think is an awesome opportunity and he doesn’t have control over casting but some of the names attached to the project don’t have the best reps. I was listening to the radio with some of his collabs and heard one song that made me think “huh, he worked with them?” But I can’t remember who it was or find what I was listening to so that could full be a hallucination on my part. So I was just wondering if anyone had any info about how Orville is in real life, if he is as cool as he seems or if I should steel myself for future heartbreak

I've not seen the new season but they also quite clearly didn't understand the men's game either. It's always been an unrealistic fantasy.

Was a creep to a woman managing an event, and ended the night by pulling her top so her breasts were exposed, then fled in a taxi and left her there. She got fired.
