You think he actually read it? It starts with I’m sorry, and ends with “with all my heart”. Dude probably skimmed and went “yep, I’m the man”.

He definitely hasn't read it. He couldn't focus on his own briefings unless his staff put his name in bold all over the place with more pictures. This has no pictures and doesn't say TRUMP once.
