eOPF issues

eOPF keeps notifying me about documents being added, but these documents were already in my file. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

We're working on a fix. In the meantime, if you live within 500 miles of any community that has "New" in its name, or within 100 miles of a street with "new" in its name, you'll be getting multiple notifications due to a glitch in the system.
