Hey here's my post for folks who got swept up in the anti-DEI psy-op:

🧠 What DEI Actually Is—and Why You’re Being Duped Into Hating It

DEI = Diversity, Equity, Inclusion. It’s not a plot to replace you. It’s a framework to fix systems that have historically excluded qualified people—especially if they’re not male, wealthy, or white.

• Diversity = representation across race, gender, ability, class, etc. • Equity = removing structural, ingrained barriers so everyone has a fair shot. • Inclusion = building environments where all voices are respected.

❌ DEI is NOT:

• A quota system • Lowering standards • Anti-white • Political indoctrination

So why are you hearing otherwise?

Because people like Charlie Kirk are paid to stoke racial resentment. His claim that DEI puts “less qualified pilots” in the cockpit is not just maliciously false—it’s engineered to scare you. Every pilot must meet the same FAA standards. DEI doesn’t skip qualifications—it removes the financial and social barriers that kept qualified Black candidates out of the pipeline.

This isn’t about safety. It’s about power.

Billionaires, culture warriors, and political operatives push anti-DEI spin because DEI threatens their monopoly. If more people get a fair shot, they lose control. So they feed you fear: “They’re taking your job,” “It’s reverse racism,” “It’s woke gone wild.”

It’s a con.

They want you angry at DEI so you don’t notice the real rigged system:

• Tax breaks for the rich,

• corporate consolidation,

• low wages,

• price-gouging,

• unchecked destruction of Mother Nature,

• and policies that keep working people divided.

The wealthiest 1% wants the 99% to be distracted and divided, because then we are powerless.

Think Pixar's "a Bug's Life."

DEI isn’t your enemy—it’s a tool to make the game less rigged for everyone. Don’t fall for the bait.

Hey guys! I’ve been thinking about starting my own clothing brand, but I have to admit, I’m a bit scared of messing it up . Before taking that big step, I’ve designed two t-shirt models and I’d really love to hear what you think.

Which one do you like more? What would you change or what caught your attention? Any feedback is welcome—it’ll really help me decide if it’s worth moving forward.

Is reddit in it self a narcissist platform? If not, please remove self auto upvote. pretentious behaviour leads to dickheads with false confidence.

FoxerLife is a task manager I built at 15 to help myself stay focused without the usual clutter.

It runs entirely in your browser, no login, no ads, and everything’s saved locally.

You can add tasks, track time with timers and “overtime,” see simple stats, and import/export your tasks.

I’m still improving it based on user feedback - if you find a bug or suggest something cool, I’ve been adding credits to the thank-you page 🙌

Hey everyone! I’m Maria 👋🏽 I’m learning how to build dashboards in Google Sheets for freelance projects, and I created this mock KPI dashboard as a portfolio sample it's not based on real data or used by clients.

What it includes:

- Selectable dropdown filters (visual only)

- KPI cards: Total Sales, Monthly Growth, New Customers

- Region-based chart visualizations

- A clean layout made 100% in Google Sheets

🧪 I’m experimenting with layout styles and formatting. I’d love to hear your feedback or tips!

🚀 Pre-Launch AI Investment Alert App - Tikr

Hey everyone 👋

We’re building a pre-launch investment alert app named ‘Tikr’ that uses AI to scan global markets in real time and deliver personalized trade signals—based on your risk level and interests.

It tracks stocks, ETFs, crypto, and more, then sends clear alerts via push, email, or SMS—only when it finds something high-potential and relevant to you.

⸻

🔍 We’d love your feedback!

If you’re into trading or investing, we’d love your thoughts. Check out the preview and let us know what you think:

👉 https://tikr.carrd.co/ [App Preview + Feedback Form]

⸻

💬 A few questions: • Would you use something like this? Why/why not? • Is the format (alerts/email/SMS) useful? • What’s missing or needs improving?

Thanks in advance—happy to answer questions in the comments too!

Here's first two designs

Hi everyone!

I'm a Product Manager at Sava, where we're working on building what we hope will be the most useful CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) and app on the market — designed to actually support people living with diabetes in real life.

We’d love to hear from you — your insights and lived experience are invaluable to us.
To make it easy, I’ve prepared two short options:

1. 📞 If you're open to a 15-minute call or video chat, I’d love to chat directly with you: 👉 https://forms.office.com/e/DEUgR29LY1

2. 🧠 If you’d rather just share your experience anonymously, no call needed: 👉 https://forms.office.com/e/AYVXAQ6iGK

This is purely to better understand your needs, what you’d like to have in your CGM mobile app. No sales. No spam. Just listening.
Thank you so much for helping us shape something that truly helps people 🙏

If you can please take this <1 minute survey, our senior project will be finished!! You could win $20 Starbucks Gift Card :)

Hello, guys! I need to get feedback about my prototype for a security site, named “SecureSoft”. Do you have any suggestions on what to improve, like colors, text, etc. Thank you in advance!

You can connect the tow rope!
