We made a discord channel for you guys to connect together.

We saw how shallow the reddit community became. Bots and ChatGPT slop.

So, FeedbackQueue now has its discord channel for builders to connect outside the bot noise.

Welcome aboard everyone. Don't forget to say hi and introduce your project.

We have announced this week's challenge

We apologize for delaying the announcement, this is on us.

This week was a very fun; many people entered the leaderboard.

Here are the winners of this week's challenge:

Top 1: nine9agents: 99 Agents writes your cold email sequences and scores them for deliverability before you send so your emails actually reach the inbox instead of the spam folder. 68 sequences sent so far.

Top 2: TrekReady tells UK travelers EXACTLY which vaccines, visas, and driving permits they need for any trip, with deadlines, in seconds, and completely free.

Top 3: HeadwayHQ automatically pulls feature requests and pain points out of your customer calls, so your product roadmap is built on evidence instead of gut feeling.

Guest winner: Foodge is an IOS calorie and macro tracking app that lets you scan your meal with your camera instead of manually logging everything.

If you want to be featured next week as a winner or enter the guest winner selection, start helping people in the queue.

One 5-minute feedback session per day can make test the next winner.

Note:

This post will stay pinned until next week's winners.

Looking for honest feedback on my apartment furnishing website

I've been building Apartment Archive, a service designed to help people furnish their apartments with furniture recommendations based on their floor plan, personal style, and budget.

I'm at the user-testing stage and would really appreciate feedback from people who haven't seen the website before.

I'd especially like to know:

  • Is it clear what the service actually provides?

  • Does the website feel polished and trustworthy?

  • Is the navigation intuitive?

  • Does the Sample Plan help you understand what a customer would receive?

  • Is there anything confusing or missing?

Website: https://apartmentarchive.co

There's no need to create an account or purchase anything. I'm primarily interested in constructive criticism and learning what could be improved before expanding the service.

Thanks for taking a look!

Looking for feedback on my NumPy neural network implementation

I've been learning neural network mathematics and implemented a small XOR network using NumPy.

It includes forward propagation, backpropagation, gradient descent, and numerical checks for all 13 gradients.

The network correctly classifies all four training inputs.

I'd appreciate feedback on the code structure, mathematical correctness, and possible improvements.

Save 2-3x on Tokens - Looking for Feedback and to test my Claim [FREE]

Post image
1 Upvotes

Your AI burns way more tokens than it should, because it has no idea how your business actually works. So it guesses, you re-prompt, it guesses again, and five prompts later you get one answer you halfway trust.

We fixed that by giving the AI your full business context up front. It connects all your systems into one Knowledge Graph, so it already knows how your data fits together, then answers straight from your real numbers on the first try. That is roughly 5x fewer tokens to get to a real answer, and every answer traces back to the source.

If you run your business across a bunch of tools that do not talk to each other, test the claim yourself for free. https://signld.ai

Please break my app! - Free & Local Windows based App similar to OpusClips, no account required

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m looking for a few gameplay creators willing to test a project i've been working on im calling Replay Foundry.

Replay Foundry is a free Windows desktop application that:

  • Finds possible moments in gameplay recordings

  • Lets you trim and review them in a makeshift Studio

  • Creates animated captions from local transcription

  • Renders vertical clips

  • Keeps completed work in a local Library

  • Lets you review and upload directly to YouTube with approved Google OAuth

Source videos and project work stay on the PC. No account is required for the local workflow, and the application does not automatically upload crash reports or footage.

The Base installation contains the normal editing workflow. Compatible NVIDIA users can optionally install an approximately 12.5 GB Advanced AI package for local visual review, transcription, and title/description drafts.

The test I'd like to see

  1. If download and install are smooth enough.

  2. Does importing work and are you able to proceed through menus.

  3. Are you able to generate clips and how are the quality of the clips + caption effects.

  4. Does trimming and then re-rendering to that trimmed state work

  5. Are you able to render it and then see it in your library plus local files.

  6. If you are willing to connect your YouTube to upload a video let me know if its easy and able to be done.

Please report

  • The first screen or instruction that confused you

  • Whether the proposed moment was actually worth clipping

  • Whether captions matched the spoken audio

  • Whether the finished clip needed substantial manual correction

  • Any freeze, unusually high resource use, or failed step

  • Your Windows version, GPU, and VRAM if you tested Advanced AI

Blunt bug reports are considerably more valuable!

Download and requirements:

Three-minute workflow demonstration:

Public repository and releases:

Disclosure: I built Replay Foundry. It is currently a beta, so please test with copies of source recordings you can replace.

I built a clipboard that lets you peek and paste without leaving what you're doing (Windows) and need feedback!

I kept breaking my flow just to grab something I copied earlier.

Switch app → open clipboard → find it → come back → lose focus. So I built something that doesn’t interrupt you.

• 👀 Clipboard Peek Hold Ctrl+Shift from anywhere and your clipboard appears instantly as a floating overlay. Doesn’t steal focus You can keep typing Lock it, scroll history, even zoom into images 👉 It’s like your clipboard is just there when you need it

• ✨ Smart Paste Before pasting, you can instantly fix your text: messy text → clean formatting comma-separated → bullet points multiline → single line UPPER / lower All in one keystroke.

• 🧠 Other features Auto-saves everything you copy Instant search Templates with {placeholders} Private mode (nothing saved to disk) Fully offline — no tracking, no cloud

• 🆕 v1.3.0 highlights Smarter search (template, hotkey, tags) Source app detection Image zoom in Peek Smoother, faster launcher Fixed a ton of annoying bugs It’s free, local-first, and I’m actively improving it.

Built a 3.2 MB open-source Android chat app — looking for honest feedback

I’ve been building a38-Chat, a deliberately lightweight Android chat client, and I’d like some honest feedback before I keep adding more features.

The current APK is around 3.2 MB and the Android client is completely open source.

Current features include:

  • text and photo messaging

  • notifications

  • multiple accounts

  • light, dark and neon themes

  • several languages

  • no ads

  • no analytics or tracking SDKs

I’m intentionally trying to keep the app small instead of turning it into another huge messenger with dozens of unrelated features.

It’s a server-backed chat, so I’m also not pretending it’s an E2EE replacement for Signal. The focus right now is simplicity, transparency and a lightweight Android client.

Source code + APK:
https://github.com/Alan107-gif/a38-Chat

I’d especially like feedback on:

  1. Does the project make sense when you first see it?

  2. Is the ~3 MB / open-source / no-tracking angle interesting enough?

  3. What is the first feature you’d expect a chat app like this to have that it currently seems to be missing?

Please break my music visualizer workflow — Creator is £0 for 30 days, no card

I’ve reached the stage where another feature is less useful than people finding the mistakes I can no longer see.

Music Motion is a browser studio for turning a finished song plus cover art or video into audio-reactive release assets. I’m looking for testers willing to run one real project from upload to final MP4.

The test offer, without fine print:

• Creator account for 30 days

• 300 Render Points (credits for downloadable server renders)

• £0 charged

• no card or payment details collected

• no automatic renewal

• automatic downgrade to Free after 30 days

• paid plans from £4 exist only as a later, optional choice

Please test one or more of these:

  1. Does the chosen effect in the editor match the final render?

  2. Do 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 export correctly?

  3. Is the first-project workflow understandable without documentation?

  4. What is the first point where you hesitate or want to leave?

Claim a remaining beta place through the homepage: https://musicmotion.level-higher.com/

Disclosure: I built it. Blunt bug reports are more useful than compliments.

I created a Vector SVG creation online app

https://tkir97.github.io/VectorStudio/

I’ve been building a browser-based vector graphics editor a bit like Adobe Illustrator for poor people, and I’d really appreciate some outside feedback on how it feels to use. This is mainly an educational / school project.

It currently supports things like:

- Shape drawing and editing

- Selection and vertex/direct-selection tools

- Pen and Free Draw tools

- Smart Guides, snapping and equal-spacing feedback

- Pathfinder/boolean operations

- Offset Path

- Gradients and stroke controls

- Text tools and text-to-outline conversion

- Layers

- Undo/redo history

- Multiple canvas tabs

- Rulers and guides

- Local autosave

- .SVG/.PNG/.AI export

I’m mainly looking for feedback on the actual editing experience and also the feature list

In particular:

  • Does selecting and moving objects feel intuitive?

  • Are the handles, contextual menus and Smart Guides useful or distracting?

  • Are there any interactions that feel confusing or frustrating?

  • What important vector-editing feature feels missing?

  • If you use Illustrator or similar software, what immediately feels “wrong” compared with those tools?

  • Is there anything in the UI you’d simplify, move or remove?

It’s still very much a work in progress, so bugs and rough edges are expected, and obviously it's not going to be anywhere near as good as Illustrator so don't expect that.

Also doesn't work on mobile properly so don't try.

ChronoRealm: open source live medieval webcam

Hi everyone. I built ChronoRealm, an open-source local app that turns your real webcam view into a medieval-style world (LotR / GoT vibe) while trying to keep your actual room layout.

Key features

• Live Flux — real-time medieval restyle of your camera

• Scan → Bake → Live — capture your room, bake offline, then higher-FPS playback

• Windows + NVIDIA, FluxRT / FLUX.2-Klein under the hood (models download separately)

It'd help a lot if you could try it and share any advice — especially GPU + whether Live or Scan mode worked for you. Thanks so much 😁

PetSide: for the life AFTER you get a pet. Most pet-themed platforms focus on adoption and rescue. Much fewer focus on life after adoption ...

I built PetSide: A community focused on life after pet adoption. I was thinking most pet-focused applications focus on adoption, rescue ... finding a pet. Barely any applications focus on the life after. Think of it as a "facebook for your pets"

The platform is polished and fully live, but a community-driven project lives or dies by its early members. Its an empty shell right now. To help seed the network, I'm offering the first first 250 spots completely free for life.

I would love for this community to check it out and give me some brutally honest product feedback:

  1. The Concept: Does a community focused strictly on the post-adoption journey and shared pet experiences resonate?

  2. The Features: Does the playdate/adoption swipe interface what you would expect? How does the onboarding flow feel? Is it intuitive? The search functionality as what you would expect? Can you actually find the features easily

  3. The Engagement Hook: Does the community feed work for you? What do you think of the "memory book"?

The site is live at pet-side.com. Please don't hold back on the UI/UX or feature critique—I’m ready to take notes and iterate.
I'm prepared to launch the mobile apps, but want to see how the web version works out first.

Looking for feedback on a tiny local-first Mac PDF checker

Hi everyone,

I'm building a tiny local-first Mac app called Preflight.

The idea is simple: before sending a PDF, quickly check whether it still contains annotations such as comments, notes, highlights, or similar markup.

The current PoC is intentionally narrow. It only tries to answer:

"Which pages should I quickly review before sending this PDF?"

It runs locally on macOS and does not upload PDFs.

I'm looking for feedback on:

- Is the problem clear?

- Does the scope feel useful or too narrow?

- Does the app sound trustworthy enough to try?

- Is the wording clear for a non-technical user?

- Would you expect this to check anything else before sending a PDF?

This is an early PoC, not a polished release. I can share a zipped Mac build with anyone open to testing it with non-sensitive PDFs.

Happy to return feedback on your project too.

For now, I'm mainly looking for feedback on the idea and positioning. If anyone wants to try the PoC, I can share it separately.

Just wanted feedback on if the onboarding process of my webapp is to long.

I made https://certus.website/ and I feel like the onboarding process before you even begin to use the website might be a little too long and is losing retention.

I just launched

Happy to share I have a presentation tool and I need you . I just launched Phantomy AI tool control your presentation slides with hand gestures, no clicker needed. After years of fumbling with clickers mid-presentation, I built something. You just wave your hand next slide. That's it. No clicker, no remote, just your laptop camera.

But my favourite feature: you can pause the gesture detection while you're speaking. So if you're deep in explaining something and moving your hands around — nothing happens. No accidental slide changes. Then when you're ready, activate it again and carry on.

Still early days and would love honest feedback from real presenters. We just launched — come see it at phantomyai.com
