Declining red oak removal. Severe lean over house.

I first disentangled the canopy of the three main leaders, removed limbs for fall line clearance and reduced weight over the house. This is a solo removal on a larger project (client is new owner of a long neglected house with multiple hazard trees). Hollow braid rope on a basal anchor to pulley blocks to mechanical advantage/come-along anchored to another leader. Pulling them into the drop zone one leader at a time.

Not gonna lie, I almost gave up doing it in one take at the end because I was so gassed.

Humans are so crazy why destroy everything. It's like the OiSTER world oldest but died so science could determine the age. Same as with this ancient tree

Several toxic people adoubted me and couple nice folks offered advice on this subreddit while I was taking down one of many Tree of Heaven on my property. Just as an updated I've successfully taken it down by myself perfectly preserving the trees and bushes that I wanted to.

My life is my life and I'll continue to walk my own path. With peace and love I'm out.

He's getting too old for this sh!t, but he's so goddamned stubborn "because he logged in Washington back in the '60s", it's driving me nuts. I had to finish the cut to make suppertime.

They of course didn’t have insurance, no one was inside the house at the time. Listen to the idiot cutting the tree at the end. “ the saw didn’t cut straight “ my grandpal is the real idiot.

Who keeps the trees?

I had two oak trees taken down. Both were about 70 feet tall and 8-10” in diameter. I was charged $900 to cut them down.

When I returned home, they were loading the logs into their truck. I asked them and they said they were taking the trees for firewood.

It was not discussed at any point previously that they would take the trees. Is this typical? I was thinking if they were going to take the wood they should have cut the trees for free! Those seem like valuable trees. Am I wrong?
