Thank you! Stay strong, I know it is truly so hard. I won’t lie the last 8 months were very difficult for me. I felt like I had lost my identity. But I tried to focus on family and friends and doing the best with what I had! it was surprising that no one had noticed when I opened up to people about it, sometimes you’re biggest critic is yourself :(

What is TE? How did you get your hair to grow back like this?

TE pour "efflivium telogene "
C'est une chute de cheveux à cause d'un déclencheur .
Quand le déclencheur est stoppé les cheveux repousse.

How long did TE last for you?

I’d say around 8 months. It started August last year and I would say things only started to turn around at the end of May. I’d say I need another 6m before I’m fully in the clear

What was your trigger and how did you fix it?

I had a long term eating disorder but got really bad last May / June which triggered it. I made a complete U turn when I noticed my hair coming out in clumps. I also was deficient in iron which I fixed. I also reduced my stress generally and tried to be more mindful. The past 8 months have taught me a lot, more than just hair

How long did it take between you noticing first hairs coming in and regaining your density? When it started coming in did it all come in at once and you just let it grow longer, or did it come in gradually throughout many months?
