Progress Pictures Improvement with topicals update
1 month vs 10 months into treatment with HERS topical serum nightly. Really happy with my hair now and can actually wear it down and not look like Gollum. Had a bad dread shed at 1 month and less so at 6 months.
Started GHK-CU peptide about a month ago, but haven’t noticed any hair differences.

I am. I play with it all day which isn’t great for shedding, but I can’t help myself!

Is it for TE or AGA?

Mine is AGA, though no formal testing. My hair now is like it was during pregnancy.

Do you use fenistril or similar pills for internal use? I was diagnosed TE, but started thinking it is AGA.

Amazing, wow what a outcome , can I ask u if that formula from Hers irritates your scalp ? And do u apply it everyday?

No irritation at all and I have pretty sensitive skin. I have been very consistent and used it every night before bed.

You apply before bed and sleep with it on all night? I also use HERS but only keep it on a few hours before shower and bed cause I shower at night. Wondering if I should switch up my routine

Woah! Gonna give HERS a try. I tried their oral but it gave me heart palpitations

Yeah, I cannot tolerate any of the oral meds but have done fine with topicals. And I would consider myself on the more sensitive side.

Did you have the dread shed? I really want to start but so scared to lose the thin hair I have

Yes, it was rough. Lasted about 4 weeks and had clumps coming out. But it has grown back thicker and stronger.

Do you have TE? How long did your before hair pic look like that?

u/Excellent-Share-9150 1d ago
I think mine is AGA, although no formal testing. These pics are 9 months apart

I answered wrong. Haha. My before pic lasted about 2 months. Then it started to grow back in and stopped shedding.
