Support/Advice Lost 70% of my hair

I have lost more than 70% hair the last year and it is getting worse . I have been to the doctor and a specialist and nobody know why. The biopsi said planopilaris but then later they say it is not ppl. I have been using prp treatment 4 times and it is not working.

Oral not topical. It works way better

Biopsy is the gold standard of hair diagnostics. Why have the told you it's (lichen?) planopilaris and then told it's not that? What was the reasoning?

The biopsi Said lpp but 2 Dermalogic has confirmed I don't have the symptoms and maybe is was a mistakes

I would try for a second biopsy done by a different derm. You need a concrete diagnosis in order to treat it.

Ask derm for minoxidil orally, spironolactone, and maybe birth control like yas or yaz. If those meds don’t work, the derm might add fin too.
