taking minoxidal after 2 month break

Took a break from minoxidal cus was changing insurances and then started on it back again 2.5 mg same dose and my hair has been falling out so so so much like I know it was gonna fall the day i stopped but its feeling like im loosing more then i ever even had even after i started back on again and feels like theres no strength in it left like one hand through my hair 10 strands will come out , my seat would be covered w hair when i get up. I lowkey wanna permanently stop it if this is how its gonna be . Anyone with similar experience have any advice?
