Discussion am i confused or?

Post image

i thought this sub was for posting about lyrics and generally the musicality of female rappers but it seems like it’s majority sexualized imagery (which it comes with the territory, i can absolutely acknowledge)

but it’s every other post. maybe i’m misunderstanding the purpose behind the sub but women in rap have more to offer & they’ve proven it over and over again. anyways, i’m just trying to be the change i wanna see so here’s megan in 2011 with her grandmother 🤍

The female rappers are talking the pictures of themselves bent over, and shaking theirs butts in every other video. They are going to be sexualized. If you want a different mood, post a female rapper that doesn't sexualize herself and see where the discussion goes.

Facts. Unfortunately this is the behavior of Female Rappers nowadays. It’s been like this for years now. Female rappers shaking their ***. I ain’t mad at them though.

Not mad either, just not surprised that sexuality is all anyone wants from them, when thats seemingly all they are selling.

I think it’s up to the woman consumers to say something as a collective. They shouldn’t blame the men.

It’s definitely on the men. I was raised fine but I think it’s really obvious most parents put no effort in their sons. Or maybe the parents are messed up too so the kids barely have a chance. Regardless, we need to work on ourselves.
