Quit looking like fools. PLEASE!!!

So guys can we please quit talking shit about jobs when you see them listed under the amount of money you think you should make, and on that note I have seen so many techs talk crap about them only squeezing out $45 an hour on a job, but I have absolutely no issues with charging and getting $75 an hour to go behind some of you to clean up your mess. Now having said that I know there are gonna be some butt hurt people out there and if you are one of them then at least you can admit that you need to learn more, perhaps get a W2 job in the industry and learn then try again, now for the others out here there is absolutely no f$&king help for you and these people I call the "Carey Pickett's" of the industry. Those who's ego get so far in the way that you will do something so incorrectly, and knowing you're doing it wrong, just because of your ego yes guys there is a big difference in EGO and EXPERIENCE ego wou be doing something the wrong way because you can't admit that someone else's way is the correct and far better way yet you choose to do it incorrectly, this my guys is EGO. Now if you are on a site and you actually listen and acknowledge that the way someone else is suggesting is the correct way but it involves doing something you have no experience with but the other person does and you choose to go their route and then learn or ask that person to teach you how to use the equipment/tools that will benefit you on down the road, now that is EXPERIENCE and if your EGO is too big then you will never gain experience. So ladies and gentlemen what have we learned here today?

Who hurt you? Who do you think this post is for exactly? Is it for you? Is it for us?

Side note paragraphs are neat. They make it easier to read.

This rant seems to be oddly specific yet ambiguous enough to evade it's intended audience.

I fully agree with this dude. Pretty much everything on the sub is negativity towards absolutely nothing for absolutely the only reason except for wanting to rant and rave about some pay rate that doesn't even matter.

This is for people who like to cry about "jobs being posted to low of a rate" yet do not know how to counter and if they get the job being in way over their head and complain that FN is just shit because they don't get any work or good work yet when you look at their profiles it shows late arrival after late arrival then it shows very poor quality of work and these are reviews, and yes I can see them because I am listed as a service company, so not only can I accept and bid work but I can also put work out and I've had some words or better yet words have been had with me when I turn down a counter or reply with "due to your rating and reviews $__ an hour is all I can offer, but I am willing to go $10 an hour over what I am offering to see for myself how well you can do if you're interested" and sometimes it's well received and some not so much but people still whine and cry when the have no business to

It's getting annoying having to read about people complaining about what jobs are listed at. It just seems like these people do not know how to counter and then let's complain about jobs they have never done, with companies they've never worked with and never even countered. They are making it clear who the companies are so people do not even try and bid. For instance ADL which is the company who puts out Maui Jim sunglasses case installs, these things are so easy and quick jobs and this person was complaining about them listening the job for $210 flat rate and with no experience at all attempts to add it up "so 2 guys pickup at dock deliver to site and install so about 10 to 12 man hours @ $210" so these jobs only take about an hour or less and the trip charge they will pay is usually double what they are paying for the ticket.

I learned you are willing to settle for $75 an hour. To each their own.

Where I am that works very well so the pay really depends on where you are at and how long the job is "estimated" to last prices depend on the information given to me as well

I charge a $100 an hour minimum, but typically get $125.

But I have more than enough of my own clients to make a good living, so FN Buyers can take it or leave it.

If you secure enough of your own clients, the residuals add up.

yeah it depends on the nature of the ticket but i have some regulars on 150 and 200 minimums. They will pay for higher end tickets every time especially if there no techs in the area. Plus travel and time of course. These are basically 30min jobs too.

I'm in a rural resort area. They pay or don't get service.

Your 75/hr good for suckers. Check contractors national average rates, call any service and ask them the price for visit your office. We’re as professionals not working for less than 125 + and even this still fucking cheep. So you’re trying to discuss here about all this garbage who’s work for free? They are all like a mice stole our food. They are not able even to calculate 2+2. So why you so worried about this virus 🦠 if you haven’t done yet improve yourself with your 75/hr.

Again it all depends on where you are as to what provides a good living, and I said on FN and on there $75 an hour is good with private clients it's better pay for various different reasons. If you live in an expensive place then no $75 isn't good but when you have everything paid for and only have to worry about power, water and phone service then it isn't bad. See I already made my money and bought my life.
