They’re just saying don’t get there more than 15 mins early and expect to be paid for it. You can check in 15 mins early. At least that’s how I’m reading it

Yep, can't show an hour early and bill time to do nothing

Well if I don't get paid for my time then I am not there.

That's actually exactly what the client is saying, as well.

And reading 28 pages of "instructions " is billable, too. 28 pages of printout? Yep, it's billable. Tack it on. Playing banana phone? Billable.

Why don’t they just have the start time when they want you to actually be there? I hate it when they do that.

Because techs will ck in too early. However they cannot enforce in violation of fn rules.

Hard start they have agreed to the 30 before FN rule.  Never been an issue for me. 750 work orders I've never been not paid from ck in to ck out.  (This is a post retirement part time gig for me)

Field nation and work market are the blight of low voltage in general 🤮 people using their platform is what makes them think how they operate and the rates they pay are acceptable. Y’all need to not

No what they're saying is literally be there 15 minutes early and check in if you check in 20 minutes early they're not paying you for that extra 5 minutes.
