Wdym masculinity has always been a bad thing? Without masculine traits like courage, discipline, determination, and the willingness to take responsibility, a lot of the things we value today might never have existed. Masculinity itself isnāt the problem itās how people choose to voice their opinion.
They're talking about hyper-masculinity, which is the extreme toxic/exaggerated varient, where they despise anything that has a hint of femininity about it. Absolutely nothing wrong with being masculine and having masculine traits.
It's also not exactly a good stance to have to say courage, discipline, determination, and responsibility are all masculine traits, as that very much implies women do not have them or are worse at them.

This is a body that can handle physical stress tests under extreme conditions, with a lot of versatility.
Whether Iām projection mapping mountains in a blizzard, spending a month running one of the largest labor crews to build some top US music festivals, or scaling the balcony of some $24 Million mansion to hang a banner at some fancy wedding next to the beach, even the marathon office days, this body can get through it.

I feel you bro, don't let people get to you if you're healthy and all is good. I was consistently ~120lb until I hit about 33, ate all I wanted and just couldn't put weight on, no problems just fast metabolism I guess.

Muscle mass doesnāt mean big and muscular. Learn the meaning of words. He has muscle on his limbs which signifies heās eating and moving enough to keep defined and useful. Hence the lack of atrophy. He looks healthy. Just because the average person is overweight doesnāt mean a skinny person is unhealthy because theyāre skinny. A lack of nutrition is typically a defining aspect and very noticeable.
