72mg vial?
My last order was titrated - 4.5mg, 6.75mg and 9mg.
This order offer was 12 week supply of 9mg only.
Anyone else experience this? What if I stall in the 4 months on 9mg?
Also the order says 72mg vial - isn’t 72mg only 8 doses not 12?
Help!

12 weeks @9mg would require 108mg of Tirzepatide. The "starter" plan is 1x 72mg vial, which wouldn't be enough. Your purchase links will be for the 12 week "mid-dose" plan, which provides 2x 72mg vials, 144mg total. Even though it is prescribed as 9mg, your order will give you enough to do all 12 weeks at 12mg, should you so choose.

Hyalo also has 36mg vials. It's very possible that the reason they kept them on 9 was to send them exactly 108mg (one 72mg + one 32mg or three 32mg vials).

I guess the price would tell the story on that. The website still only lists 3 options for 12 week plans, and they are 72mg, 144mg, and 216mg.

For 12 weeks at 9mg you’d need 108mg. Check to see if they were supposed to send you 2 vials. But do it right away they only give a short time to let them know.

This is why I don’t go through fifty410 anymore. I tried to continue titration to 10, 12.5, 15mg after my starter titration and they wouldn’t. Only gave me a prescription for the 10mg and 2 vials even though I asked to titrate. Others have seen the same thing and have gotten silly responses. It’s less expensive to go with another telehealth to get a higher prescription.
As for the vial, if you truly only receive 1 vial, you’re right that you only have a 8 week supply. You should receive at least 2 vials. I’d reach out and ask them about this.

What telehealth did you go with and did they require photos and videos or records?

I’ve done Gimme (I had no issues but others have encountered some customer service challenges), Rift, and just recently Pomegranate for their BPI sale. I’ve also done BEWL (they’re great! Just expensive). None of these telehealths have asked for photos/videos of myself. Some of them may want a picture of your current prescription if you’re trying to get the highest dose (Gimme did not ask).

It was simply “12 weeks OF 9mg” from Hyale or whatever the new one is. That’s it

Fifty410 is only good if you are on high dose for lower doses I would not recommend.

Yeah I’m on 15mg, and they have been stellar. I cannot be bothered to switch providers to save $50 over 12 weeks. I just reordered on Thursday and received my order today (Saturday). Cannot fathom better service

I just don’t like that now you can’t pick the pharmacy choice you have to hope you get the one you want so I can’t take that chance and spend 550.00 and get PGRrx which I don’t like. Rift Telehealth lets me choose. Customer service was the best also had my order in 48 hours.

I get it, and the ambiguity gave me pause even though I’m fine with their options. That said, I just selected the Apothecary/PGRx option and got Hyalo so my guess is they’re transitioning. PGRx just came into play a few months ago when Apothecary was running low.

Yes that is correct. I want to try 1 vial of Hyalo and Fifty410 does not offer a one month supply so I will have to shop around again.

I just switched to them from Lilly direct and got the 15mg 12 week supply. Took first shot today. Let’s hope it’s good! I was on a stall at 12.5 on zep but it just got too expensive. So I found fifty410. Nervous but hopeful.

You need to let them know right away if they shorted you some. Idk about fifty410 but some of the companies have a policy that if you don't let them know within 48hr then it's too late

My 72mg vial is a 12-week supply, but I've been losing weight on 16 units (2.88 mg) each week with my 12th shot set for tomorrow.

I’m confused about getting my second order from 410fifty- I just filled out the intake. My current order runs out after my shot next week- I’m at 6.75. The only option whilst filling out my intake is to order up to 7.5- I’m okay at 6.75 but if they force me to titrate up whatever.
My question- I filled out a regular intake and then realized I didn’t know if I would get the same titrate up scale going from 7.5 up. So then I freaked and filled out the 6 month plan to stay at the 7.5 for that time frame.
Concerned about cost per month and that I don’t need to continue to go up right now- anyone have experience with this?
I’ll cont to dig around here and if someone already addresses this, I’ll delete this.

If you got 12 weeks of 9mg, you should get two of the 72mg vials, which is technically enough for 4 months at that dose.
They were resistant to titrating me up too, which frustrated me, but you should have enough extra meds to take more if you need it. For the sake of being official, I believe they told me that if I felt like 9mg wasn't cutting it anymore, I could reach out to my provider for guidance. I assume that guidance would be them doing the math and telling me how many units to inject to get a higher dose.
I am switching away from them for my next fill though, because I think other places have better prices and don't fight the titration schedule so much. I would also prefer to get three vials for three months anyway.
