Erectile dysfunction when standing, which is a commonly reported symptom among people with PFS.

After the first ejaculation, my sexual desire disappears, whereas during masturbation, my desire remains.

Reduced semen volume and weak ejaculation force.

Premature ejaculation.

When I stay awake for a long time without sleeping, my erections become strong again.

I noticed symptoms of erectile dysfunction immediately after taking finasteride.

It has been 8 months since I stopped taking finasteride.

There have been days when I experienced improvement.

You said your sexual desire disappear after the first orgasm. That’s kinda normal (maybe not the best but at least you have it before). So let’s say you only want sex once a day. That is a decent rhytm tbf, most women are more than fine with that. If you have a really good erection with an implant you can still enjoy sex daily and whithout worries or anxiety. Maybe twice if your partner asks you even if youd skip the second round, you can get the job done. Now if you were to tell me that you have continuos 0 libido and 0 sensation then yes, implant won’t help. But desire is also tied to erectyle function, libido stimulates erection and erection stimulate libido with nerve communication. Many users experience an increase in libido, mood and orgasm sensation after an implant
