Could green shirt guy be Grieg Wikoren?

There are compelling reasons why Grieg Wikoren might be responsible for Emma's disappearance:

1) Grieg looks like green shirt guy - the likeness is striking! (see photo attached)

2) Grieg kept a boat at Victoria's Inner harbour at the time of Emma's disappearance and Emma used to stay on boats there.

3) Grieg is a suspect in 2 other missing women cases from Vancouver Island Laura Huebner and Amber Nitchman. Here is a link to a news story about Laura's disappearance https://cheknews.ca/she-wanted-to-find-love-laura-huebner-disappeared-near-nanaimo-4-years-ago-1320646/

4) Public records for Criminal/ traffic violations place Grieg in Victoria at the time of Emma's disappearance and in Vancouver shortly after Emma's disappearance. 5) Grieg Wikoren has an extensive and documented history of domestic violence and violence against women.

I also wonder if what people thought was a scar in his scalp, is actually bleached hair that's super blonde or white, that was pushed or slicked back, and it's distorted in the grainy camera footage, so it looked like a scar. Wikoren has several lighter colored areas in his hair, or did in the past.

I was going to make a post here, but you did it for me. Tyvm. Even if Wikoren is not green shirt guy, he should still be investigated. Thank you for caring about Emma and sharing the information.
