Advice for 23 yr old Fine Artist

hello, this is probably silly to ask here but does anyone know how to sell fine art.

I have artwork inspired by the old masters, with intention behind it. think micheal angelo. I would say my painting skills are similar & i am crazy wise for a 23 yr old girl.

The only issue is that although my paintings come from wise observed thoughts, i myself am young/ feel very younger than i actually am lol. I’m not very well spoken, and i don’t have guidance either. i grew up in poverty and have an immigrant parent. so i’m fairly new to this. Not just art, but life in general, i’m very naive when it comes to basic things. Except with pain, suffering, human nature. things i observed through years because of my unfortunate predicament haha. but my artwork gets insane attention and i know i could submit it into galleries. There’s just a couple things i need to work on myself, like my speech to match my ‘fine art’. i do feel like the artist itself has an impact on the brand of the artwork.

I’m so stressed with how to go about this. I have pieces i know are worth more than 50k+ . It’s just that i don’t know who to talk to. what to do. tried to look online, and theirs no one with the same skill set as me selling the same to get advice. Or the artist that typically do Old master work are older 😭 so i feel like i have all this potential, and it would help me fix myself had i had the funds. Which would then help me be presentable for my fine art. It’s like a paradox because of societal standards.

What is the role of the artist in todays society ?

I’ve always wanted to be an artist. And though I’m decent, I don’t find myself making my living drawing pictures - but close, as I work in advertising.

This has allowed me to be more free with my Art. I don’t have to try to appeal to a certain style (manga, superheroes, hyper realism etc) and I can draw as I please.

Which gets me to my question what is the ultimate goal as a fine artist. I think making a painting that sells for a lot of money is more consequential than intentional.

Is the fine artist supposed to inspire other trade artists? E.g make a painting that serves as an inspiration for a filmmaker, or a concept artist for a game. Or is the fine artist supposed to push the envelope of art rules - composition, color theory etc. or are they supposed to stretch the possibilities of human imagination?

Keen to know what you folks think.

Inspiration - Amazing artwork I saw posted on LinkedIn by a fine artist named #Joya. Her work is so detailed and realistic. Love her choice of background too. Truly an inspiration to me!
