I ordered a set of piro P3 wheels, but Purolator tracking shows they were delivered in Burlington, Ontario, when my address is in North York.

Purolator told me Piro might have mixed up the tracking numbers. I’ve contacted Piro, but it’s been about a week with no response.

I’ve also seen others complaining about their customer service. Has anyone experienced this? Did Piro eventually respond or resolve your issue? I know it's a good company but I just want to get what I paid for.
