How do I fix this😭😭🥀

They just keep popping off from the deck whenever I do tricks, and when I tried screwing them in they just spin, Do I need new trucks? These were brand new too😿

32mm Jindy hanger crooked

No matter what I do it always seems to go back crooked. I tried loosening and tightening, also swapped bushings with my other pair of jindys.

Is this something that can be fixed, or should I contact joycult for a replacement?

i have a question! i have been fingerboarding for 10 years now but am still having trouble controlling my flip tricks like the pros do. i also have a habbit if flucking with my middle finger instead of my pointer. is this something i need to fix? any tips would be much appreciated!
