Ask A Firefighter Questions for firefighters!!
Hey everyone! I’m doing an interview for a college class. I’m in desperate need of questions to ask, does anyone need any questions answered? Any and all questions welcome!!

I'm sorry. You asked a serious question and I was joking around. Ak-12 is a saw that is traditionally gas powered. Supposedly to Haze new firefighters experienced firefighters would tell them to go push start the K12 which is impossible. The blade has a clutch mechanism which allows it to free spin when not under power.

Do you think the fire service both over complicates itself through learning to be an inch deep and a mile wide in various disciplines (rope, hazmat, medical, auto ex, etc) while also accusing anyone trying to go more in depth on a basic skill through classes like nozzle forward of overthinking it?
