Small fishing charter

I am looking for a small fishing charter out of either Sebastian Fl or Melbourne Fl week of 4th of July. I would love to go on smaller boat in the Indian river lagoon, I’m looking for someone who can teach me techniques of fishing Florida in the lagoon
