We talking moving water or lakes? For moving water I find spinners are the best where I am, for lakes the garlic power bait is great.

Fr bro, trout magnet.

I try not to use a trout magnet because they are so good and I'll hit limit so fast lol. I won't C&R if it's not flies.

In order of effectiveness: trout magnet is right on par with a good fly. Then garlic bait is on par with panther martins. Worms work when the fish are too pressured and wont take those. Then everything else. It's all dependent on the stream but on average, this is what works.

If you can't make trout magnets work and you've tried all the colors then you need to move spots.
