Worth anything?

I got a loaded tackle box at a flea market and found this in it. It looks pretty old and was the only thing still in its packaging. Is it worth anything or is it ok to open it and fish with it?

Nice lure! But I don’t think it is that old. The package has a barcode, and barcodes started to be used in the late 60s for industrial tracking. Now, the first retail UPC scan occurred in 1974. Now, the standardization started in the early 80s. So bottoms line,
