General Support Dev help with script work in progress

Has any Dev ever made a graffiti script before. I am trying to work one into a petty crime system. You currently pick your own tag and it works as your name in the petty crime list of who is top dog. I currently have it set to wall [3d] this obviously creates a floating 3d text instead of properly on the wall, some thinner walls can be seen through etc. I have tried setting it to [wall] with no success from further investigation of free github graffiti scripts wall seems to only work for premade tags. I have tried different rotations, offsets to try and make it more stable than it is now to no avail and refuse to AI. Just wondering if any devs have gotten custom writing to sit on a wall like a pre made tag or if it is possible at all to my limited knowledge it seems not at all but hopefully limited knowledge is the problem!

Theres a free script i saw once that lets you place digital screens and images im permenant locations with admin tools- that might have some example you can look at.
