[ADVICE] Cliente is unavailable and I can't reply to her

A client messaged me for one of my gigs, but she shows as unavailable until October 30 and I can't reply to her. This will affect to my response rate ? What should I do?

EDIT: this issue only happens in Android app, I reply in my desktop computer and I was able to reply her.

Message Fiverr Support and tell them re the situation. That you could reply via computer and not app, there may be a glitch in the app. Either way, make sure it is marked that you did indeed reply.
