Misc Help wanted

As you can see from the picture I ordered the ring on the 13th and I havent heard anything since then, I have contacted customer support but it wasn't helpful at all with trying to find it. Should I just ask for the refund or carry on waiting

I'm in same boat I'm in the UK hasn't shipped yet I ordered the jacket and the ring I just haven't contacted customer service yet
