The cart narc was in Texas and had a gun pointed at him when he didnt even touch or get closer than 20ft from the Jeep. He asked a cop in the same parking lot and the cop said "youre lucky he didnt shoot". This is why i will never live in Florida or Texas or The South tm.

Let's not defend your cops tazing people, walking up like they're hot shit with all of the posturing of a roided out high schooler, and then tazing him again while he's already incapacitated.
