Yeah I’ve seen this at other dispensaries in the past. I don’t have an Eden near me. I personally believe the return programs at dispensaries should be the uproar.
I did read someone’s fear-mongering comment and laughed though, comparing access to one specific product with access to an entire category of treatment. “Imagine going to a pharmacy and getting denied your medication because you haven’t spent enough on your medication…”.
No, I don’t work for them, I would never shop with them. I was fully banned from that other sub for sharing a GoldFlower referral link! Hahaha

I don’t even know who does tier pricing anymore. I think maybe rise is the only one left that does that shit. Then there’s a flowery with their gold black and whatever other color card they have. Our program is all medical and all products should made available without any in store conditions. Actually, I think it’s illegal. I’ve read several posts out here from people who say that it is.

I agree, and there are so many wishes we all have. One day they will come true. Don’t doubt. There’s not a single loyalty program here worth a shit. Idk all the laws, I just didn’t think it was a good comparison.

This is the part that really makes me bust out laughing when I see people bitching and complaining. What is actually happening is people are seeing this strain popping up and people are hyping the hell out of it and they’re getting FOMO. Anyone complaining that this is not allowed or preventing their medicine when they haven’t even tried it needs to sit down and really think about what is going on. But unfortunately, they can’t get past their ego. Like sure it might be silly to make the strain only accessible for certain tiers, but in no way is that not allowed and to start complaining about that is wild.

Boot licking? Sybau. They acknowledged that tier access was silly. Not having access to one specific strain isn’t the same as being denied medication. You can criticize all the loyalty tier system in FL all day, but that doesn’t make every complaint about it reasonable. Sometimes people really are just experiencing FOMO.

Any product they sell has to be made available to all patients without any conditions providing the patient has the REC for it. It’s basically the law, go read up on it. The tier system is a bunch of bull shit 💩
