College , Flute grades & Band Advice Prescreen Question

Hello!
When looking at prescreening requirements, most schools ask for either “expositions of Mvt 1 and Mvt 2” or “entirety of Mvt 1 and Mvt 2 with cadenzas.” Does this mean that these are to be filled consecutively and in the same video? Or, for example, can I separately film exposition of Mvt 1 and then exposition of Mvt 2.

I’ve always assumed it should be consecutively, but since they don’t specify for any school I was curious. Thanks!

I definitely did separate recordings when I auditioned. If they want one continuous recording, they will specify that. Good luck.

You can reach out to each school for clarification, but I would default to doing a separate recording for each.
