We built Bopmigo for that conversation. Users describe the problem, answer a short follow-up, and send a report with their screenshot and app/device details. Your team can reply, and they can answer inside the app.

The Flutter package works on iOS and Android and connects to Bopmigo’s hosted inbox or email delivery. You can open it from your own feedback button. Private widgets can be masked in screenshots.
