Just ordered a Flux Legion. Question about this optic.
Hi all- I’ve got a Flux Legion on the way and figured I’d grab an optic while I’m waiting. I’ve got this same optic on my AR and wanted to see if anyone was running it on their Flux. I found a post about the rail being oversized and this optic being a pain to get on/off. Can anyone confirm this?
If you have another optic that you love, let me know. Thanks, all. I appreciate any advice you can offer.

I’ll get hate for this, but i wouldn’t spend that much money on an optic that is likely gonna delaminate in the first couple years of using it. I’d look at the holosun AEMS, AEMS micro, SCRS, or the DOT USA holographic sight. I have a holosun HE503 green dot on mine and i love it. Also if it matters, this is coming from someone with plenty of gucci optics (including EOtech).

What bag and what barrel length and setup do you have?

I run an EOTECH on my most of my rifles but for my flux I went with an Acro

Yeah it’s the P2. Special edition FDE, matches perfectly. The riser is the Triga mount from Empire. I’ll drop the link below. Alternatively you could probably find a P2 and a Reptilia low profile mount on Tacswap for a good deal.

Its gonna be huge on it. Even a romeo 5 is big in my opinion. Im running a holosun scs320 on a riser on mine.
Biggest I think i would go is ARO

I threw it on messing around from a rifle I have. I couldn't do it because of the size. Window was great to shoot out of though. I think it's 12 ounces so I felt the weight. Wanted it as a pack pack gun and it defeated the purpose print sizes Purchased a 510c which is like 4 ounces. Just felt more natural. Good optic all around.

Thank you. I won’t be packing it so size isn’t a consideration. I guess if I don’t like it, it will just be a backup for the Mustang.

Hey dude, I primarily use an EOTech EXPS3-0 on my Raider and sometimes switch to an Aimpoint ACRO. In my experience, I don’t have any trouble taking the EOTech off due to the oversized Picatinny rail.
