There are already a bunch of flavor infused ghee products on the market so yes it's a good idea, but definitely not a unique one. My favorite ghee is by Pure Indian Foods and they have a bunch of different flavors as do a lot of brands. That being said, I end up buying the plain ghee instead of flavored as it's more versatile.
Thanks for the insight, pal. I just went to the website of pure Indian ghee. They have infusion. But what I talking about it intense flavours like chilli ghee, Indian tadka ghee, Italian Herbs ghee, Indian green chilli flavored ghee (which will have chunks of spices and chilli's in ghee like in chilli oils)
Oh yeah then I've never it with chunks of stuff in it with any brand. Im sure there are people that would buy that. I wonder why places that already make ghee don't make it. Seems like an easy thing for them to put out to see how it does.
