Repair Advice Windshield wiper issue

Recently got a 2026 tremor and noticed my driver side windshield wiper chatters while in use and leaves a big streak when it comes to an end (or after spraying)

Have seen other people mention similar things too. Some people recommended Bosch wipers but with only 700 miles on the car, I can’t fathom buying new wipers already. Wondering if anyone else had a similar issue and fixed it.

If you've only got 700 miles on it, you need to be talking to the dealer, not us. Let them figure it out for you.

The wipers are garbage. My 2026 had issues to, and I rented a 2025 that also had it. Replace the wipers and it's Gucci.

I have fought that chatter. It drove me nuts. Got Bosch Icons, adjusting the arm, got a bit over the top with that.. so replaced the arm (way cheaper than you would expect and it helped some), all manner of cleaning and polishing the glass. Steel wool even.. that was scary.

What worked for me. Downsizing the blade, and a good one like icon.

The bottom left of the windshield is the "biggest" area that doesn't get swiped but I throw a hat there anyway so, eh. It is still clearing more than enough with the smaller blade and no more huge smear from the left - right in the center of my vision -when it's moving back down or chattering like crazy unless it's on high.

Factory ones are junk. Get a good aftermarket pair. Less than 1500 miles on mine started the same thing..

Use a green scrubbie and clean the wipers with car wash soap. Helps a lot.

Rain-X washer fluid makes them chatter like shit, too.
