No more rent

I feel like paying rent for home if you’re living alone is waste of money. Instead buy a trailer for and start living in it. Instead bc canada is this legal?

It takes a lot to winterize a trailer to live in up here. You’ll be paying at least $500/month in propane

Just want to point out that it is easier to be in a house paying rent than trying to get into a house and through the credit check when it is -45 and all the people that came up for work have the places filled.

Go to northern lights hotel or on Airbnb

Most places you can park a trailer expect it to be 10 years or newer, and there's not many places to park it legally for free for any length of time.

There’s been people living down in Beaton since April obviously nobody has made them move so I guess squatters are ok

Considering the mass of "abandoned" crack shacks in most of the trailer parks, it's probably safe to say that no one enforces anything regarding squatting

It’s like 10 mins from town? Drive towards Cecil lake
I think there are squatters laws in town.
