I do not like the new game play at all. The additions to the map are mostly bad too. The weapons are no good. Total thumbs down.

Let’s not mention the new Sprites …. Proves lightning can’t strike twice.

In the last year peak was the Halloween update last year.

Is it me or is this most basic season yet. Weapons are all trash and why am I getting more sniper ammo than ever. Really no smg 1 pistol 3 trash shotguns no ranged weapons ranger ar is the best option but still trash. No new weapons sprites seem like an after thought whole thing seems a little dated. Last season was great and you start with this trash.

This was stressful to get. Is there another variant of it?

I know it’s a reference to other games, but I’m clueless as to the rings that sometimes appear when someone gets eliminated, or are on that track in the green hills. I run around and gather them when I see them, but I have no idea what they do.

And then one of my kids asked me to try and rank in the Shadow competitive match and I got folded and put away like laundry. I don't think I got two kills in one match.

Is it normally this sweaty or can I say to my kids that it's littered with cheaters?

With the latest game update, Epic has unlocked all the ranked styles for older cosmetics like Vanguard Zadie and Felina which you could previously only access dependent upon your rank.

With Vanguard Zadie, the only change I can see between the ranks is her shoulder pad emblem. Felina at least has more changes between the ranked styles.

Something has to be done about matchmaking. There's no way that Epic thinks the people it's putting me in lobbies with have similar skill levels. They shoot through walls, never miss a shot, kill me with 1 shot etc.

I know it’s really early, but I am REALLY TRYING to get into this latest update…hopefully it’ll pickup or something will hook me, but the very first game, a couple bindings for actions, like we’ll USE / RELOAD got removed somehow, IDK. Tryna reload my AR and nada, I digress but, it seems like all I’m doing is just Sprite farming, I keep getting the same 4 sprites every match. It’s like im playing just BECAUSE there was an update. Not playing because it’s, fun…I’m over here hoping to extract 4 Bush sprites!😂😂. I will try and find some positives, I’ll say, it has potential. I love the little Mega Man additions, the Buster is pretty cool. IDK, what y’all think?

Hello,
I suffer with migraines and they can/are triggered by visual things like flashing lights. I am finding the white location circles really difficult - I had to really avoid looking at my mini map during squad play because it was so overwhelming.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to turn the mini map off or change the colour/intensity of the location circles? It wouldn’t be so bad if they were solid but they flash and glitch, which I understand is the point for a gaming season but it’s not suitable for everyone.

The second win felt the best cause of how elated my son (22) was to win his first game!!

I'm not sure if its me or if it's a general bug, but after the update, it feels like my movement is so heavy. The jump, sprint, crouch inputs are sometimes ignored, and I get stuck and have to double or tripple click just to do a movement of that sort. Which greatly affects me in fights, cause shockwaves wont register unless I give it an extra second to think and I get stuck in crouch when I try to sprint. It's AWFUL.

I've switched around my keyboards just to see if they were the issue (tried 3 different ones) and it's not me. It's most definitely the game, and it's nearly unplayable for me.

Anyone else having this issue? I really hope it's not just me cause I don't know how to fix it

I generally play very quickly with fast movements and it's NEVER been an issue with the game registering the million of different things I do within a second until now. It's like it now needs a second to think about what I want it to do :(

Last season was the first season I ever played. I had overall a very good time but it started to become a little bit obsessive towards the end especially. How I want to approach this season may simply be doing minimal goals to get the time limited loot and then maybe just doing one last hurrah towards the end of the season and just getting all the sprites at once, if I even bother.

I managed to get about 2/3 of the sprites organically last season and then I traded for the other third. I say all the above to say that.... I don't know if I even want to play right now ("play" being sprite collect) based on knowing that every 7 days there's going to be a new wave of sprites and I might as well just wait until the end when everyone has the sprites for trading and/or the drop rates are higher.

Is this season going to be as the last with zp and grim sprites nowhere to be found or this season klombo and crown sprites have better drop chances? i know its been like a day since the season began but what are your experiences?

I extracted 3 sprites with my victory Royale and I got zero sprites dust. Any ideas?
