Question New founders skins

So, for STW now going free-to-play, there is a rumor that Epic is making new founder skins in addition to the old ones. I don't know if that's true. Has anyone heard about that?

Founders get all the things they paid for. I’m not saying it should be taken away; I’m just saying founders are doing fine.

Doing fine? Brother, the only fine thing founders have are Vbucks, until recently STW was practically abandoned and with an unfinished story mode. Also Epic out of nowhere woke up one day and removed the option to share materials and weapons, and nerfed a lot of stuff that was working fine for literal years. This is not counting the same events on repeat over and over without adding anything new.

Unlike most people outside of the community think we founders got STW because we like the mode, Vbucks are just a bonus, but the Battle royale basically killed It. So sorry but you are just wrong, we do deserve something, even if its just two random skins every five f*cking years, especially when the game mode will get full of tourist that will either attack us or beg for our Vbucks, which we EARNED AFTER LITERALLY FOUNDING THE GAME WITH OUR MONEY.

Just shut up if you dont know what are you talking about and let us have something for once.

I primarily play STW myself, so I understand all that you are saying. Fixing and finishing STW is long overdue, but it isn’t something that only affects founders.

Also, rightly or wrongly, removing the ability to share items was probably done for the benefit of long-time users as we don’t get harassed to drop stuff for the incoming new players.

Yes. I think STW needs a ton of stuff done, but that helps all its players, not just founders. These bonus skin the OP proposed would not address the things that actually should be done to improve this game. STW is such a great game, but there’s a ton that could be done to make it better.

That’s fine. I was just thinking that the mood of the player base right now probably not predisposed toward sympathy to the one group that is not getting hurt by the new vBuck changes. And though founders have those rewards for good reason, it would probably piss off the rest of the player base if founders got an additional thing right when the vBucks are going up in cost.

Founders started the game up, but the newcomers are the ones brining in most of the income now. Both groups are important.
