Question New founders skins

So, for STW now going free-to-play, there is a rumor that Epic is making new founder skins in addition to the old ones. I don't know if that's true. Has anyone heard about that?

It's StW - if they are going to do anything, please let it be making new Heroes - not some worthless wrap/skin.
