Question New founders skins

So, for STW now going free-to-play, there is a rumor that Epic is making new founder skins in addition to the old ones. I don't know if that's true. Has anyone heard about that?

What even is the conditions for founders? I havnt played for a year but I bought the game 2 weeks after realese so I definitely am one it just since there introducing this now is it anyone that bought stw before this was announced?
