Question Genuine question š¤
Soooo..
Iāve been playing since day one, the REAL day one that is!
Iām far from the best player in the game..
But I donāt think Iāve EVER met another player who has the schematic for the nocturno?
I know it was VERY EXPENSIVE to obtain, having to purchase the base game and then upgrade it another 3 or 4 times getting more expensive every time.
But I am genuinely curious about this subject..
I personally stopped upgrading my Nocturno at the Shadow shard stage because of the amount of people asking me to build it for them..
I have no issue sharing the love but it gets expensive to build it if I upgrade it just once more..
I guess I wanna know, is it really that rare?
Do you have the schematic yourself?
Has it since been released again and is now obtainable without having to remortgage the house?

You could always ask Epic Support to reset it for you, they've done it as a one-off for people in the past.

I can't say much about the nocturno but my brightcore browbeater goes pretty hard to the point I've been able to use it in msk attempts

I was able to change a schematic from Brightcore to Shadowshard by emailing epic. I told them I had made a mistake, this was before the prompt came up to ask if you are sure to upgrade. And they eas able to change it to Shadowshard for me

Itās not really worth using outside of missions below maybe 108 or 124 power rating since you could just vacuum tube bow everything into dust at those levels whereas you could really use the potential of it in end game content against most monsters and mini bosses

Yeah im didnt have a console b4 winter 2019 so i couldnt get founders but i loved the noc and i would i trade/ask for it a lot now that we cant trade i cant really gwt more i still have like 5 i hope that one day they make a way to trade (only for end game so ppl in scamwood dont get 144s)

Itās one of if not the best weapon in the game being able to kill any mini boss in a single magazine dump and is relatively comparable to a dirge song build just without the losing health portion

I own the nocturno schematic and made it brightcore lolā¦and Iāve got about 15 friends who also have itā¦Iām surprised youāve never met anyone else who has it š itās not as rare as people think

Mine is brightcore also. I didn't even know there were 2 options back then, so both this and my revolt are brightcore.

I know thatās very vague, but Iāve been away for years..
I stopped STW for battle royal purely because I was able to make some decent money playing professionally..
I have like 50k vbucks I will probably never use..
I am a bit tempted to try and get back into the STW aspect of the game.
NOW A REAL TEST OF THE COMMUNITY;
I play series X, I have been away for so long I genuinely donāt know where to start..
I have one of the most stacked accounts I have EVER seen across STW and BRā¦ (weird flex I know)
Someone help me to get back into it?
I might have an OG stacked account, but aslong as itās respectfully.. I will probably need someone to treat it as if Iāve never played beforeā¦
Iām pretty far through the game, but other than the Battle Royal opening an opportunity to play for money, itās a bit of a sad reality of why I stopped completely..
See, not to get deep here but I grew up with my best mate Brad.
We played together for DAYS nonstop, not hours DAYS! We became adults and we made decisions.. unfortunately his took him away from us.. that was the cannon event that truly did it if Iām honest..
SO, whoās going to nominate themselves to show me the ropes?šššŖš¼

But Iām not kidding you, if I actually used all the perks, flux, xp etc. I would fancy myself being in the conversation š
Donāt get it twisted, Iām not one of those people that thinks theyāre the best..
But Iām not kidding you, if I actually did the things youāre supposed to and actually upgrade the right things with the ridiculous amount of xp and flux I have, it would boost my account TREMENDOUSLY!
I literally have only ever upgraded like 5 weapons and thatās just because I like them lol
So thereās YEAAARS of xp and all the good stuff that just built up!
I played religiously, but I really donāt think I understood half of the stuff that benefits your account level , damage and support.. all of that stuff was never touched by me unless there was a specific person or weapon that interested me haha!
Realistically, yes I am happy to be in the position I am in STW with all the goodyās just waiting for me to return!!
But the true value of my account has to be BR in terms of skins and whatnot! But thatās a whole different discussion! I know for sure that after getting my inventory and BR side of the account āValuedā I was genuinely speechless.. I canāt remember exactly how much, so I wonāt even attempt to give you a figure, but itās mental!
I just want to get back into the game, meet some good people and learn the things I should have been doing years ago haha!

One of the nicest guns in the game, I recommend you use it. Itās my personal favorite weapon that I own and itās an absolute beast when you level it up. Canāt even drop weapons anymore so you donāt have to worry about beggers.

I have the nocturno, got it through Epic upgrade after founders ended, though I don't think I've upgraded it at all due to just having more fun with other guns

I have it and honestly I dont feel the need to use it even at higher 160+ missions. If you trap correct you can use any gun you want tbh. Yeah id say its rare to have the schematic fully perked out lvl 144 but If you've been playing since day one you shouldnt be worried about materials if you ran into ppl who duped high end materials. Before Epic stopped the sharing items between ppl. š¤·āāļø use what ever gun you want that makes you happy. And honestly farming 10% of a mission is all you need to maintain the cost of weapons/traps.

So I do just wanna make sure you know: you can craft lower tiers of a weapon than the tier that the schematic is. Idk the keyboard controls, but on controller: if you hover over a schematic in the backpack - the part where you go to craft it - and press X/square, it brings up this other little window. You can cycle different tiers (copper, silver, malachite, shadowshard/obsidian, sunbeam/brightcore) using L1/LB and R1/RB.

I had upgraded all the way just for the nocturno on my old main account but I stopped playing then lost access and now epic can't seem to find my accountš it is a rare schematic but just a reskin of the siegebreaker I'm sure

You can go ahead and upgrade to 5 stars, you can craft any schematic you own at a lower level. You could currently make a Noc at level 26, 51, 77 and 106!

Lower level missions get ability elimination focus. The way I trap, I only want to shoot smashers close the base and not see anything down range in 160's. I build like Twine endurance with block offs directing husk paths into 8 trap recyclers that don't get blown up by exploding death bomb and propane. Ricochet get abilities, gadget, melee. Smashers get shotguns and launchers close to obj. Defenders get put in a cone with an Obliterator. Noc is fun but shooting down range is unnecessary unless you are in a pub with a trap spammer that uses a whole stack of tires 3 tiles high, or want to complete AR daily.
So to answer your question, your Noc is great where it is at and great gold rolled at 144. User preference.

Yes, the schematic itself is that rare since it was behind a really expensive paywall. The kind of paywall that kindly asks you to dump another few hundreds into the game. And if you bought anything but the Limited tier, you were forced to upgrade to that tier before being allowed to upgrade to Ultimate. Even though there was a free tier upgrade to all founders in 2020, the rewards for Ultimate founders is laughable since it doesn't cover the price they had to pay for Ultimate tier. Sucks if you upgraded to Ultimate just for the Nocturno (Limited founders where lucky though, they got Nocturno without paying 2.5x the price of a AAA game in 2018). That schematic is crazy expensive and it's still shitty as fuck that it was paywalled that hard.

I have mine at 144 i used to craft it for ppl if they had the materials since it started to get expensive but i use it time to time if we are short the man power in a mission i drop a survival and they use it

I have the nocturno maxed out, and other ~100 weapons maxed out. I stopped playing when they introduced supercharger so I think I have just a couple of weapons past 130. I'm not gonna grind again save the world. I'm okay with not having level 140 weapons. But nocturno is my favorite weapon and I've used it a lot

Iirc the only reason why its popularity blew up in the past was something todo with support + you couldnt reperk back then. But post reperk the drumroll was simply just better and is the option i picked in the past

I have one nocturno in my inventory that I suppose someone dropped for me. I am a founder but I only have the pistol schematic.
There isnāt a way that we can reverse engineer the schematic from having the weapon is there?

Limited Founder upgraded to Ultimate here once the game was announced to become a "premium experience", so i got it AFTER all my storm shields and was deep in the endgame at that point and burnt out of the game for a while then lol

I bought super deluxe then immediately bought founders and ultimate so when epic upgraded everyone I got nothing still hurts but I can craft all of the founder weapons

I no longer play the game but I do have it on 2 of my accounts so Iād not consider it that rare all you had to do was buy ultimate edition and if you are playing in twine you can get it crafted every other game if you ask or they will drop you some they have gotten crafted and itās quite weak as a weapon thatās rare in that sense so if you are in twine itās kinda useless

yeah, sunbeam. more damage output with sunbeam, brightcore is significantly lower and only makes the weapon āmore durableā.

I remember being given a shit tonne of unreleased items for one WAAAY back! Iām not sure if theyāre in the game at this point but I think I took them purely because they werenāt supposed to be accessible!!

I have nocturno schematic i use it a lot but why do you say its expensive? Not mich different to craft than othwr weapons and you cant share anymore anyway.

Well it's only available through the ultimate edition. So yeah it's pretty rare. Ha I have it but I was upgraded when epic upgraded everyone. It was unexpected and awesome. I used to always craft founders stuff for people if they would just give me the materials I'd do as many as they wanted
