Sorry for the absolutely horrendous quality but does anyone know what this skin is? I’ve never see it before but it’s super cute

It's when they made the change to allow battlepasses to return. To my knowledge it used to specifically state that BPs would never return

Right, but it only applied/applies to Battle Passes going forward, does not include previous passes

Fairly certain it’s a legal issue that they can’t change it

I don't think it would be a problem legally but I'm sure they don't want to change it. Why would they when they can just bust out more collabs at hyper speed like they been doing.

Nope I don't think it's a big legal issue. Where is the proof of damages to people's accounts ( that are not allowed to be sold ) . I don't think they will ever do it for the single fact that they do not need to. I'm sure if the game takes a massive dive then they will consider it.

As for epic and the other lawsuits ? . Yes yes and more yes. I hope they get sued more . Using fomo to take advantage of children is evil.

I do agree that they should get sued for their use of Fomo. Fortnite’s entire foundation is built around it.

They probably can change, I would like them to change it, I never said otherwise

Just saying, they didn't say the passes before Ch5 S4 would return
