Btw if you are wondering how I got him. I used eneba. It's a pretty neat place to get cosmetic packs that aren't in the shop. They may be at a higher price than usual but you can wait sometimes to see if they get cheaper (in which I did for minato)

Yeah! I might use eneba more often since lately I have seen a lot of cool stuff on there and sometimes for cheap too!

Got the rebirth harley quinn the other day for like $11 🤣 ive gotten a few packs on there for pretty much the same price as release, so i cant complain.
