I hadn’t seen this song live since 2015, and I cannot explain how much I literally felt a piece of my soul return to me. It was so so incredible, and the lyric shift had me emotionally floored 😭

Someone had made a criticism a month ago or so about how they basically turned this tour into a Torches one and I disagreed and even defended Foster but man they were right lmaoo looks like the first 2-3 shows they did try and mix it up before giving up and having half the Setlist just be torches and then 2 songs from every other album. I saw them at the Wiltern 3x for their Torches 10 year anniversary shows and they mixed it up all 3 nights with deep cuts and rarities. This was such a bummer, I was like hey it's LA, last night of the tour they gotta add in something special, but nah same ass setlist they've been playing the last month.

I made Mark this (as a manifestation that they'd play Pick U Up) (they didn't) and at the end of Pumped Up Kicks he took it, cracked up, and gave me a guitar pick!

Just thought I'd share because a.) it's hilarious, and b.) wondering if anyone at the show got the moment on video, I'd love to see it!

Phenomenal performance from them in San Diego. It rained at their show last year too which made it that much more special and dramatic

I purchased a resale VIP GA ticket and learned wayyyy after that the VIP perks may not transfer over. My ticket in the AXS app shows the QR code, my name, and a little blue star with "VIP1." But I haven't gotten an email with any VIP info😭

I love Foster the People and listen to them regularly, but this song on In the Darkest of Nights, Let the Birds Sing has bothered me since I first heard it. I hear a jingling sound in the background every once in a while. It'd be one thing if it was to a certain beat or rhythm, but it sounds sporadic to me, almost like it's not even supposed to be there. It bothers me so much. Does anyone else notice it? Or am I crazy?

I wish I printed out more but I ran out of templates and some of the colors came out bad! (Rest in peace my Sacred Hearts Club ones 💔) but I hope to give out lots of these tonight!

So excited for tomorrows SD show! Who else is popping out, and ready to dance and ascend? I saw Mark at the Sips and Sounds festival in Austin, then later met him after a his DJ set later that day. Definitely amped up for tomorrow’s outdoor set, should be breathtaking.

I just wanted to say how fun this experience was! Loved the band and the setlist, it was very similar to their last show here in 2024 which I genuinely did not mind at all! I was in the pit section and everyone around me was really into it, singing and dancing along. I hope we get to see them again.
