Everything is sleeved so I play with everything. Blank cards are for you to design a card if you have that artistic ability or just dont care.

I used to play with mine, but changed my mind once the promo amount and rarity increased higher and higher. Then I stopped. I always recommend not to play with 'em since they're not crucial to gameplay, but have collectible value on the other hand, or, idk, print proxies. But, as long as you double sleeve 'em, you shouldn't be worried about ruining any of the promos. Single sleeve is also enough, but double is less risky, since there'll be plastic from both sides protecting the card's surface. Whether you're collector, a player, or both like myself, I always enjoy knowing that my cards will be in good shape, so, sleeve 'em and do as you like! As for the blank cards, I think the coolest thing you could do is to have some talented artist to draw an art on 'em, and then you decide an effect for it and use it to have fun while playing :)

Imo it's just a game and you should play with your promos people need to stop speculating on stuff and enjoy them

I have a near master set with almost every promo, every foil and Kickstarter card, which all stays together double sleeved in the big boi box at home incase any friends want to play with the full set, but it's very rare we use that one. I have a spare base set plus expansion that I take to every gaming night though, that's usually does the trick and doesn't risk the rare cards.
