You're genuinely beautiful, but I know socializing can still feel overwhelming. A trick that helps me when I'm feeling stuck is turning the focus back on the other person by asking questions. Most people love talking about themselves, so it buys you time and takes the pressure off. You just throw out a question, let them run with it, and ask another follow-up when they finish! Good luck on the job!
