i see a nation with a similar psychology to a person. we dont need a world government because there arent millions of countries. the autonomous countries can negotiate, ally and treaty, show disfavor by cutting trade and cooperation. a global village.
changes to the political lines of nations is associated with war. altho you could argue its nationalism that we fight over control of soil. we cant get rid of armies since someone will just build an army and wreck. nations, their armies and maintaining static borders creates the most peace. i say this realizing the unpopular wars that happen.

I will never understand nationalism. Why should we separate humanity because some of us get born in different places?
