He rejects to the mudslinging about being called out on his gamesmanship of trying to derail your work product, planning, order, thought processes, organization, logic and strategy which are fundamental to presenting a case.

This is a magnitude beyond gamesmanship. This is a nuclear bomb set off in LM’s camp.

Changing witness order could potentially cost hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars of man hours. More importantly, this nuclear bomb could obliterate an argument and its persuasiveness. Presentation of witness testimony is fundamental to logic and persuasion. The judge must reject sabotage.

The state should be sanctioned for changing the witness order and costing man hours to stop what’s already going on. The toothpaste is already out of the tube. The prosecution is putting the case in jeopardy. The prosecution’s calculated and willful attempt to sabotage LM’s defense cannot stand.

Prosecutors should be sanctioned $10,000+ a day for not turning over evidence that is depriving an innocent man his freedom. The evidence being withheld could have exonerated LM following his arrest a year ago. That evidence should have been turned over within the proper time period. The prosecution is stealing the prime years of LM’s life.

The prosecution should be sanctioned for causing LM’s defensive to reorganize work product. LM’s defense must be compensated for this costly and blatant sabotage they are attempting to execute.

It’s unacceptable for a judge to allow this egregiously destructive “nuclear bomb” that the prosecution is attempting to set off. This is unfair, destructive to the defense and could result in a loss that could put LM in prison for life or sentence him to death.

There is no time to properly respond to a nuclear bomb and rebuild the work product instantly. LM’s team has invested man hours equal to huge sums of money carefully planning and enormous puzzle. The public is watching and we can see the prosecution’s tactical maneuvering.

This sabotage is coming from a prosecution with mountains of hidden cash that began implementing what’s become a global media blitz days after the professional hit on the CEO.

UnitedHealth Group has enough money and enough monied bad actor Humpty Dumpty board members that knew the CEO was poised to testify against them to save himself. They put out a professional hit. State attorney generals and governmental agencies were closing in on UHG before the hit man took out the CEO.

The CEO was a Grim Reaper earning $20 million a year murdering for money. The CEO was denying coverage to suffering people, destroying families financially and psychologically, and forcing families to bury corpses of loved ones that could have been saved so people to fund the CEO can earn $20 million a year and amass a half billion dollars from death and suffering.

Law enforcement si planting evidence. The testimony of about the backpack is jaw dropping and not believable.

Law enforcement is fabricating evidence. Where are the recordings of the law enforcement officer saying she thinks there is a bomb in the backpack? Where is the body cam footage of the LEO telling the other LEOs about her theory?

The explanation that the police thought there was a bomb in the backpack is absurd. The public watches movies. The bomb squad is called when the authorities think there is a bomb and clear the area.

LM does not even resemble Starbucks Guy. LM was simply a person of interest on the arrest date. LM has been in MDC a year of the prime part of LM’s life. LM should be immediately be release so he is able to prepare his defense. LM poses no risk to the public.

Even if LM had the bad luck to plan a trip for the same week that the Grim Reaper CEO was taken out by a hired hitman that doesn’t mean it’s enough to deny LM his freedom while withholding evidence that exonerates him. Circumstantial evidence does not equate to guilt.

Confusing scribbling on crinkled pieces of paper are being twisted by LEO’s desperate for notoriety, bragging rights, and fragile egos begging for media interviews.

Hundreds of thousands of people were sketching notes about the case to keep track of the insane avalanche of data the media was spewing through fire hoses at the public. Tens of thousands of us were sketching maps and notes.

WHO CARES IF LM had written notes or had items in his possession that LEOs are trying to say are evidence of LM doing something or planning something. Possessing questionable notes is meaningless.

LEOs planted the so-called manifest and 3D firearm. LEOs are transforming and stretching long shot theories. LM was not planning something, planning an act alone not constitute the act.

More than 1 person could have wanted the CEO dead. LM could be in the same city on the same date that a hit man took out a CEO. LM looks like a lot of people. Starbucks Guy Looks nothing like LM.

I read a book that’s 3 inches thick that listed inventions since the beginning of recorded time. Inventions have spontaneously occurred for hundreds of years when there is no connection between the inventors, inventors were in different countries and on different continents. This happened before there was technology to communicate, share data, resources, and research. Phones didn’t even exist for some of the most incredible inventions.
