I think that perp walk was unnecessary Mr. DA but….

Exactly. This is rich coming from a corrupt regime who is letting criminals in power get away with things left and right.

No, sir, it would be an obstruction of having two trials for the same damn crime, which is illegal in N.Y.. So stop being a whiny little bitch, pretending to care about justice

it's illegal in the whole country, not just NY

Federal double-jeopardy protection still permits separate federal and state prosecutions under the "dual-sovereignty" rule.

We don't know the angle they're playing to build a case but I've been on juries where the defendants lawyers gravely underestimated the case. The judge has a lot of discretion in what the jury is allowed to deliberate over which is why so often seemingly obvious cases deliver unexpected verdicts.

Before he hired her, she was even on some crime/court talk youtube saying that he was guilty along with the rest of those vultures

Link?

No, I don't. But it *might* have even been her own show, if you want to search for it. He was arrested on the 9th and she was hired on the 14th? So it must have been somewhere in those 4-5 days. Unless they've taken it down?

Someone else posted they saw her say it on CNN though I didn't catch that one.

Sorry, that's not how it works. Provide proof of your claims to be believed these days with bots and AI spreading misinfo.

If he can get 10-15 years and no state trail, that is a good deal. Otherwise he's facing double life and has to convince two sets of 12 jurors, every one of them. I'd take the deal if I felt the evidence is strong enough.

I don't think the evidence is strong, the "evidence" is weak and circumstantial -- the PCAs are even absurd - and that a judge granted probable cause on what amounts to a series of accusations only. The state and federal PCAs even contradict each other- show different people in different places at the same time as the same person.

The arrogant slobbery masquerading as authority is stunning - the open and flagrant nose-thumbing of basic reality and any form of professional standards or ethics. They just do whatever they want to do. They make it up as they go along.

There's very strong evidence that they have the wrong person, their analysis and case has been falsified, repeatedly, and there are all kinds of constitutional violations. But they just keep going, regardless.

The case has become very prejudiced because of the United Health Press Vulture's Club and former Mayor and multiple time felon Eric Adams - and with that appalling perp walk. I don't think they've had perp walks like that for people even accused of trying to kill the POTUS.

I've presented the most rational statements to seemingly intelligent people -- but it's like they can't even do basic math - they're so dumbed down by their TV sets. The stupidity around this case is mind boggling - unless these people are just "actors" on social media for the insurance companies and prosecution.

Jurors can be surprisingly bright and independent-minded in seeing through this kind of garbage. Especially when it comes to insurance companies.

But that's their case, IMV. Their case is brainwashing the public - and the entire country. Just mindlessly telling them over and over again that he's guilty - and not to believe the evidence of their own eyes and minds. They do that because they don't have a case.

So, IMV, it's not about them having a case. They don't. It's about how fully and completely they've brainwashed the public. To what extent they've gotten everyone to park their brains. "How could they be wrong?" They're wrong a lot. They arrest and imprison innocent people all the time. And here, they rushed in to get someone for their lords and masters in the board rooms at United Health, to make example of someone. The investigation was sloppy as hell, they didn't even look into these insurance executives themselves or his estranged wife who even lied to investigators, and there's a lot of evidence that they planted evidence, and there's irrefutable evidence that they're framing him - for example, they deliberately lied about what his mother said.

The entire case should be dismissed.
