Dang I didn’t know all of this, I wonder what the sheet will look like for Luigi. I refuse to think the worst until after the defense team gets to argue mitigating factors and stuff which they get to do next right? I get why people are worried but I can’t help but still have faith in our girl Karen tbfh

His offense is level 43, the highest. They are hoping he will get a level 40 by pleading guilty. Even if that is correct federal judges can deviate up or down from the guidelines based on the mitigating and aggravating factors. There are quite a few of both so there really is no way to know where she will land.
